UPSKILL YOUR MAKEUP
All Levels. All Ages. All Genders. All Skin Tones.
YOUR FACE, JUST BETTER
Learn why, not just how - core principals that are practical for your lifestyle and level, and how to make them work for you
No two people share the same beauty, and no two people share the same beauty ideals. But a lot of people share similar categorical skill sets they want to master when it comes to applying makeup to their faces.
MakeUpSkill is a series of modular makeup workshops that look at those needs analytically, breaking down each technique into reason and effect, without adding things you don't need or won't understand yet - or have already practiced a million times over.

Each workshop is designed with over 10 years experience in mind, to work for people of all ages and skin tones, and offer simple step by step solutions, in context. They provide flexibility for you to apply your makeup the way you like to wear it, in the most flattering way possible - which makes them perfect for parties, private or corporate groups. They're of course also available in private, one on one lessons, if you prefer a quieter environment or zoned in attention.

If you have a face, you can wear makeup. Let's UpSkill those techniques so you convey whatever message you want to share with the world, and feel like the very best version of yourself, whatever that looks like to you.

TIFFANY WILSON
Professional Hair and Makeup Artist
Having discovered a love for art at a young age, Tiffany has been experimenting with different mediums of creative expression since as far back as she can remember. After school she studied fashion design, where she developed an appreciation for context, texture, precision and perception. After her final year, she decided to expand her skill set and study makeup, which she perceives as a medium between sculpting and painting, and fell in love with the art. She graduated and won the first avant garde makeup competition she entered, and started working for MAC Cosmetics. She stayed for a year and a half until she decided to focus on her expanding freelance career, just before she summitted Kilimanjaro in December 2011. She has become a recognised name in fashion and media, working with stills, film and live productions, as well as bridal and events makeup. Some of her most memorable clients include Coca Cola, FNB, Carolina Herrera, Heineken, Adidas and the mini-series Madiba, along with a long list of South African musicians, TV personalities, artists, influencers and fashion designers...
